Terms of Service

Last updated · October 2026

Statement of responsibility ZELDA DIGITAL MARKETING B.V. LTD assumes responsibility for the management, operation, privacy compliance, and related obligations of all applications published on Google Play under CATHEDRAL COINS AND COLLECTABLES LTD.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and ZELDA DIGITAL MARKETING B.V. LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX ("Zelda Digital Marketing", "we", "us", "our").

They apply to our mobile games and applications, including all applications published on Google Play under CATHEDRAL COINS AND COLLECTABLES LTD, which we manage and operate, and to our website at zeldadigitalmarketing.com (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or using any of the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts them on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Services, including any purchases made.

3. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or our licensors.

4. Fair play

To keep the Services enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, mods or hacks;
  • copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it;
  • exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Please report them to us instead;
  • interfere with ads, analytics or the security features of the Services, or generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions;
  • sell, rent or otherwise commercialise access to the Services or any in-game items;
  • use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

5. Virtual items and in-app purchases

Some games let you buy virtual currency, items, passes or subscriptions ("Virtual Items"). Purchases are processed by Google Play under its own terms. Virtual Items:

  • are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game;
  • may be changed, rebalanced or retired as part of normal game development.

Because Virtual Items are digital content supplied straight away, you agree that delivery begins immediately on purchase and that your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once delivery begins. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights if digital content is faulty.

6. Subscriptions

Where a game offers a subscription or pass, the price, billing period and what's included are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Advertising

Our games are free to play and funded in part by advertising from third-party partners. Ads may be contextual or, where you have consented, personalised. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for products and services advertised. How advertising uses data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including game code, artwork, characters, music, text, logos and trade names, are owned by Zelda Digital Marketing or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. "Zelda Digital Marketing" is a company name and is not affiliated with any third-party game franchise or trade mark.

9. Feedback and proposals

If you send us ideas, suggestions or game proposals, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you, unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement covering that material first.

10. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may update, change or withdraw any game or feature. If we permanently close a game that contains paid Virtual Items, we will give reasonable notice inside the game where practical.

11. Our liability to you

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

12. Suspension and ending these Terms

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect other players or the Services. When these Terms end, sections 5, 8, 11 and 14 continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our Services or how we operate. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the game. If you continue using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and consumers in the EEA keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if a game changes operator, and we will make sure the transfer does not reduce your rights. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
